Heat oil in a wok and lightly brown onion and garlic. Add the dried radish and stir-fry for a minute. Add long beans and continue to cook for 3 minutes. Add carrot and compressed bean curd.
Add vegetable stock, soy sauce, sugar, pepper and red chili. Toss well until mixture is almost dry.
Add peanuts and sesame seeds and mix well.
Serve hot with rice.
